PSB Remix of new Madonna single ‘SORRY’

According to [ drownedmadonna.com ] the PSB have done a remix of Sorry – the next Madonna single from the album Confessions On A Dancefloor. The news section on the page shows the following: Last night WB provided the DJ from Beige in Los Angeles with a Petshop Boys remix of ‘Sorry’. It sounded amazing and the crowd went wild!

The worldwide release of the single will be February 13

Release date of Fundamental

According to [ EMI ] the Pet Shop Boys new album Fundamental will be released in 2006 on March 27th!

2005 round-up – 30 December ’05

Major PSB events of 2005 included:

* The release of Pet Shop Boys’ ‘Back to Mine’ double-CD compilation.

* The release of Pet Shop Boys’ original music for the film ‘Battleship Potemkin’ and four performances of the music with the Dresdner Sinfoniker in Germany. More performances are planned for 2006.

* Pet Shop Boys appearing onstage with Yoko Ono during her performance at the Meltdown festival in London.

* Pet Shop Boys headlining the Moscow Live 8 concert.

*A new production of ‘Closer to Heaven’ in Brisbane, Australia. A revamped version of this production will be seen in Sydney in 2006.

*Neil and Chris writing new songs in London and Naples and then recording their new album, ‘Fundamental’ with producer Trevor Horn. The album is currently set for release on April 17, 2006.

As well as releasing their new album in 2006, Pet Shop Boys are intending to undertake an extensive tour probably beginning in the early autumn.

A major redesign of this website is also planned to coincide with the release of the new album. In the meantime, we wish all Petheads and visitors to this site a very happy New Year.
