The New PSB album will be called Fundamental and will be released in April with the first single called Minimal. Taken from official site 5th december

I'm sorry for posting 'The Stonk' being the next single. I should have read 'Literally' myself and shouldn't believe in the postings by others :/ It's not the next single ... Neil Tennant: 'We learned on our last tour playing with two guitarists that, when you have a big four-on-the-floor epic, putting guitar chords on a chorus tends to lift it. So we've done that.' He added: 'But I think if you like It's A Sin, you'll like this album.' The release of Nightlife - Further listening is set back by their record company but a release of the Discovery concert on DVD is planned.

From the Official Site: The new album is now finished, and it's a possibility that it may see a world-wide release in April. PSB seem very pleased with it. No word yet on plans for a single, or definitive touring plans -- but we can at least expect good things from PSB this coming Spring!!
