Neil also mentioned during ‘conversation’ that the film is due to be reissued on DVD christmas 07 complete with extras such as trailer/promo stuff/binus music.
Im Gespräch mit Neil Tennant
Gestern gabs das Gespräch mit Neil Tennant in der Londoner ‘National Portrait Gallery’. Dabei zeigte sich Neil scheinbar in blendender Form und hatte so einige Lacher der Zuhörer auf seiner Seite. Einiges aus dem Gespräch in einer Zusammenfassung:
– die musikalischen Pläne für ein Ballet (geschrieben von den Pet Shop Boys) wurden bestätigt, aber es ist derzeit nur eine Planung und nichts konkretes
– zur Zeit gibt es bei den Jungs Überlegungen das 89er Konzert nun doch in voller Länge auf DVD herauszubringen
– die Frühjahrs Tournee wird sehr wahrscheinlich ähnlich der Tour des letzten Jahres werden; mit dabei diesmal auch ‘Paninaro’ gesungen von Chris; derzeit gibt es Überlegungen den Track bei den kommenden Konzerten ‘drin’ zu behalten
– von Management wurde nochmal bestätigt: ‘…wenn es eine 4. Single vom Fundamental Album gibt, dann wird es ‘Integral’ sein…’; man versucht derzeit, sich diesbezüglich bei der Plattenfirma Gehör zu verschaffen
– die nächste Ausgabe des ‘Literally’ Magazines wird nächste Woche diskutiert und soll sehr bald an die Fans verschickt werden
In conversation with Neil Tennant
Yesterday’s evening saw the ‘Conversation with Neil Tennant at the National Portrait Gallery in London. Here’s a short recap from the visitors of this event:
– Neil was on great form and got plenty of laughs from the audience
– Mr. Tennant confirmed there are plans to write a ballet
– he also confirmed they were looking into possibly re-releasing the ‘whole’ of the 1989 tour video on DVD
– they will be touring in the Spring with the same show as last year
– comment from the management: ‘…if there’s a 4th single, it would be Integral…’. they’re currently thinking about a European release…
– next issue of the ‘Literally’ magazine is in process and will come out soon
– ‘Paninaro’ probably will kept’in for the coming concerts

PSB in Bogota/Colombia
Just grabbed this info from the www.last.fm page. Seems the upcoming tourdates (already mentioned in the latest news on the official page) will take place in South America and Australasia first.
After two confirmed concert dates (March 31. and April 1.) in Australia, the Boys will do some gigs in Colombia (Bogota – March 3.) and Venezuela (place and date yet unknown).

Nächste Tourdaten in Sichtweite
Laut der letzten Meldung der offiziellen Seite, sitzen die Jungs derzeit wieder etwas im Studio und puzzlen an neuen Songs rum! Bleibt abzuwarten, ob da für dieses Jahr noch eine kleine EP oder zusätzliche Single ins Haus steht! An ein neues Album sollte und dürfte man ja kaum glauben!
Außerdem ist in der Meldung auch von neuen Tourneedaten zu lesen. Aber jetzt nicht zu früh gefreut! Dies dürfte erstmal blos Daten und Plätze auf der Südhalbkugel unserer Erde betreffen.
Nach den beiden bereits genannten australischen Konzerten (31.3./1.4.) werden die Boys am 3. März in Bogota/Kolumbien spielen. Ein weiteres Konzert in Venezuela scheint ebenfalls fest, nur sind Ort und Tag bisher noch nicht durchgesickert!
