News from Bob Kraushaar & the Remix for the Killers

Two infos, which currently are discussed by the fans:

– Bob Kraushaar (many will know him from the past as Producer and Mixer for PSB tracks) confirmed on his website, he’s currently ‘…mixing the soundtrack of the Pet Shop Boys new live DVD…’

– the new single by the Killers ‘Read My Mind’ will be released on February 26. It features a remix by the Pet Shop Boys. First promo CDs will have the following tracklist:

1. Read My Mind (Album Version)

2. Read My Mind (Pet Shop Boys Radio Edit)

Ticketbestellung ‘Wolfsburg’

Hier mal ein Tip:

Wenn man telefonisch statt via Internet bestellt, hat man Chance, einen bestimmten Platz zu erhalten! Zumindest ist es mir so ergangen. Die Dame am Telefon war freundlich und hat mir (ich bin klein) einen feinen Platz vorn herausgesucht. Bei Internetbestellung bekäme man ja etwas in entsprechender Kategorie zugewiesen.

Just the info of an German newspaper, which wrote in their issue yesterday, the Pet Shop Boys will come to Wolfsburg (a small city in the East of Hannover) for a gig in May. Here the full details:

Pet Shop Boys am 13. Mai in Wolfsburg

Neben den Planungen für die Südamerika Tour der Jungs plant das Tourmanagement derzeit auch schon für die Zeit danach und die angekündigte Europa-Tournee. Sehr wahrscheinlich werden auch dieses Jahr viele Konzerte über Festivals und große Stadt-Events abgewickelt. Diese Variante ist für alle Seiten kostengünstiger und keinem wird dabei weniger geboten.

Erste Anzeichen für die Deutschland-Tour gabs gestern im Tagesspiegel. Die Zeitung kündigte ein Pet Shop Boys Konzert im Rahmen der ‘Movimentos Festwochen’ in Wolfsburg an.

Das Ganze ist am 13. Mai und findet im Kraftwerk in Wolfsburg (Einlass 19:30 Uhr; Start 20:00 Uhr) statt.

Neil on BBC Radio programme

Neil Tennant will be the guest on ‘Desert Island Discs’ on BBC Radio 4 on Sunday morning, February 4th, between 11:15 am and 12:00 pm. The programme will be repeated the following Friday (Feb. 9th) between 9:00 and 9:45 am.

This will be available for everyone to listen to once it’s been broadcast on the BBC Radio Player.
