According to some complains: I don't send a newsletter every time I do an update - you should have a look at my site sometimes :)

... finally released on 5th November 2001 on DVD. Check the new website of 'Closer To Heaven' for some audio samples from the musical. The cast album contains the following tracks (taken from petshopboys.co.uk) and will be released soon:

My Night Something Special Closer to Heaven (Dave and Shell) In denial (Shell and Vic) Call me old-fashioned Nine out of ten It's just my little tribute to Caligula, darling Hedonism Friendly fire Shameless Vampires Closer to Heaven (Dave and Lee) Out of my system K-hole For all of us Closer to Heaven (Dave) Positive role model

'It's rock, but that's taken within a Pet Shop Boys context, of course. It's quite interesting, actually, we've made sort of rock ballads using dance technology. I mean it's all samples and stuff. But it's a very beatiful album. It's almost all slow-tempo songs. And they're all love-songs. Chris kept saying 'No, that can't go on the album.' He wants love ballads to play when he gets home at three o clock in the morning.'

Now there's a new link-category called 'webrings'. You may have a look at it. If you're a webmaster of a fansite, add your site! The ring's quite small at the moment :-)

According to the latest rumours, Neil and Chris are planning to publish a new single in January 2002. The album follows in April or May.
