Actor Gareth Hunt, star of The New Avengers, has died of pancreatic cancer aged 65, his agent has announced. Hunt played the role of Mike Gambit in the TV series, alongside Joanna Lumley's Purdey and Patrick McNee as John Steed. Lumley paid tribute to her 'dear friend' who she said was 'loved by everyone who knew him'. We also particularly enjoyed him from his 'Illuminated suit' in the PSB video 'It Couldn't Happen Here' and maybe he would state now: '...its only a laugh...no harm done...'! R.I.P Mr. Gareth Hunt, thanks for all!

KooLTURE is an Argentine artist who has recently covered “Heart”, an original song by Pet Shop Boys (Actually, 1987). As this covered version was nicely welcome by petheads from all over the world, KooLTURE decided to launch a promotional cd with remixes of his version of Heart. In this cd (not for sale) you can find mixes by Sygma (important Dj and producer from Rome), Sgoliat, Lesvicon Soul, Technoman SF, Ladies On Mars and Alfredo Norese (well known producers from Argentina). Copies will be distributed among DJ’s, clubs and radios from Argentina and several countries of Europe like Spain, Germany, Italy, UK, Holland, France and others as from late March. KooLTURE will be also a featured artist on an electronic compilation charity album expected to go on sale this summer. Seems Warner Music is going to release the Mexico gig, the boys did in last year, on DVD now. HMV.co.jp currently have first details on their website. The release is titled 'Live in Mexico City 2006' and it's a 2xDVD release (featuring the complete show and specials). Release date in Japan (NTSC format) is May 23rd. An European (PAL) and Canadian (NTSC) release is also expected around that time - probably May 18th or 25th.
