‘In Love With A German Filmstar’ – Release infos
Back from the Winter sleep and starting to clean all the page sections from dust here. The stream of daily & detailed news should start in a few weeks and we have to look forward to a new album release by the boys in early next year!
In the meantime the Pets will be back with a Single called ‘I’m In Love With A German Filmstar’, which is produced by them and sung by the well known female artist Sam Taylor-Wood.

Heute nun flatterten die Veröffentlichungsdetails zur kommenden ‘Filmstar’ Release herein! Dabei wird die von den Pet Shop Boys produzierte Single, neben der nun schon fast normal gewordenen Internet-Veröffentlichung auf Seiten wie iTunes oder anderen mp3-Anbietern, als 7inch, 12inch Vinyl und Maxi-CD erscheinen.

Verliebt in einen deutschen Filmstar
Lange war es still um die beiden, doch nun kommen sie zumindest produktionstechnisch zurück.
Im Oktober erscheint auf dem Kölner Label Kompakt eine Coverversion des The Passions-Stücks Im In Love With A German Film Star der britischen Künstlerin Sam Taylor-Wood.
Genaues Veröffentlichungsdatum für die britischen Inseln ist der 20. Oktober. Für Deutschland sollte das bedeuten, daß sie schon ab dem 17. Oktober in den Läden liegt.
Über die Formate die dabei veröffentlicht werden, ist bisher noch nichts bekannt. Vermutlich handelt es um eine CD-only Release. Falls doch Vinyls erscheinen, dann sicher nur als Promos.
