Zweites bestätigtes Deutschland-Konzert ist Berlin
Seit heute gibt es aus Berlin die Bestätigung, daß die Jungs am 7. Mai ins dortige Tempodrom kommen werden. Tickets gibt es derzeit schon über Eventim. Weitere Ticketverkäufer werden folgen!

Weiterhin wird Neil am 18. Februar zusammen mit den Scissor Sisters und weiteren Stars an einem AIDS Charity Auftritt teilnehmen, welcher in ‘Camden’s Koko’ in London stattfinden wird.

Neil and the Scissor Sisters & PSB in Berlin on May 7.
On the 18th February the Scissor Sisters are performing an exclusive and intimate charity concert for Body and Soul at Camden’s KOKO. Hosted by Ben Elton, the Scissor Sisters are joined by Pete Tong, Lil’ Chris, DJ Sammy Jo and Neil Tennant from the Pet Shop Boys. This is going to be the biggest and most important UK AIDS awareness event in history. Tickets are on sale now and include on the night, a box of Neds Noodles, a complimentary drink and a fantastic goody bag.

Laut Canada Now plant Britney Spears für ihr nächstes Album eine Zusammenarbeit mit den Pet Shop Boys!
Ein Insider meinte: ‘…sie wäre sehr begeistert über die Remixe der beiden für Madonna’s SORRY gewesen und wünsche sich einigen Input von ihnen für ihr kommendes Album…

Neil hat soeben diese Info auf der offiziellen Seite als falsch ausgewiesen! Damit kann man davon ausgehen, daß es sich bei der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Britney und den Jungs erst einmal nur um einen Wunsch der amerikanischen Sängerin handelt!
Not true: Britney wants to collaborate with the boys
According to a North American website Britney Spears wants to collaborate with the Pet Shop Boys on her new album.
She heard the remixes they did for Madonna and was blown away. She hopes they can weave some of their magic on her tracks too.
A look on the official page now will tell us, that the story above is more a wish of Brit than a fact! Let’s see if the Spears management indeed will contact the boys for any further steps on that issue!

Neues von Bob Kraushaar & zum PSB Remix für die Killers
Bob Kraushaar -viele werden ihn schon aus früheren Tagen mit den Pet Shop Boys kennen- mixt derzeit die DVD des Mexico Konzertes ab! Scheinbar soll die Konzert DVD diesmal auch ‘soundtechnisch’ ein Novum in Sachen Pet Shop Boys Live Veröffentlichungen werden. Man darf gespannt sein!
Weiterhin wird die neue Single der Killers ‘Read My Mind’ am 26. Februar in England veröffentlicht. Erste Promos wird es vorab schon mit dem folgenden Tracklisting geben:
